2026 Art and Craft Show Application

Art & Craft Show October 17 | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM This event features handmade goods only. Vendor Fees: $35 per 6ft table/space Additional $5 for electricity (if needed), additional 6ft table/space is $35 (if space allows). After we receive your application, you will be contacted via email regarding approval and instructions for submitting your payment.

Setup & Breakdown Friday: 10/16 – you can set up from 6-8 PM Saturday: Doors open to Vendors at 8 AM. Vendors cannot break down their booth until 3 PM. Vendors agree to remain set up for the entire duration of the event. Terms & Conditions • This is a handmade-only event. All items must be created or significantly handcrafted by the vendor. No resale or mass-produced items are permitted. • All items must be appropriate for a family-friendly event. • Vendors are responsible for their own setup. • Prince of Peace will provide a 6ft table and chairs. • The event organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage. • No refunds will be issued for cancellations or weather-related issues. • Vendors must comply with all local laws, permits, and health regulations. • Spaces are assigned at the discretion of event organizers.

Your vendor fee of $35 includes one 6-foot table. Electricity is available for an additional $5, and extra table/space may be requested for $35 each. Please note: Additional tables are not guaranteed and will be provided based on availability.
